Operator cancels >24 hrs — No payment obligation unless otherwise specified in your contract with the operator.
✕ Pilot-initiated cancellation — No payment owed. Repeat cancellations may lower your CrewMatch rating.
💰 7-Day Payment Enforcement — Operators are required to submit payment within 7 days of trip completion. Operators who pay promptly earn higher platform ratings, increasing their visibility to top-rated pilots.
Aviozi facilitates connections between pilots and operators. All payment terms are between you and the operator. Aviozi does not guarantee payment but actively enforces platform standards through operator ratings and compliance monitoring.
